Session gets timed out due to inactivity and happens when your typing something up.

Once bitten,thrice shy and i know too well how frustrating it is,when you've typed something lengthy out,only to lose it when you submit.

Hence why i type on notepad beforehand and copy and paste.

You could also try ticking the ' Remember Me ' box next to your Username,when you log in.
