Just having an energy body is dualistic.. there is no difference between your body, what you call the energy body and the universe. It is all the same.

You also bring up a good point, each tradition has different outcomes or realizations. You concepts and practices influence said realization. They are not all the same.

The realization of Advaita Vedanta is not the same as Kashmir Shaivism which is not the same as Buddhism.

I would disagree with any chakra that descends and stabilizes them.
