I don’t quite follow. Chakras being centres in our energy body corresponding to certain zones in the physical body ... what does tradition have to do with them? Theory may vary but the practical awakening or cognition is unmistakable as also broadly validated by experiences among many.
In theory too, tradition or practice may project different ‘truths’ beyond the basic chakras since the different ‘historians’ writing about the lesser known chakras may have felt differently or not awakened all of them.
Ultimately it is the actual first hand experience which counts. In fact, there are also out of form chakras which descend into our body, stabilising therein ... all by divine grace of course.
