Oh, I'm just getting started on my Mexican food kick. Gone to Taco Bell (but does that even count?!)
I went to El Pollo Loco yesterday for my favorite: avocado double chicken salad tostada. I don't use the cilantro dressing because of the trans fats and other stuff - I just get lots of salsa. So good.
I just wanna say that I'm so exhausted from the extreme heat, I can't lift a finger to even make some rice!
