Things are just different and I can't put a name to it. Though I immensely appreciated those five words above. I've since moved beyond what I will call my TF - or is that limerent object? Either way, I am past the intense feelings and obsession. I am now viewing them as a 'whole' (dark side included).
I am now looking at integrating my shadow. Again, this is all new to me so I have no idea where to start. All I know is that I have nothing but unconditional regard for TF. For opening me up to... feeling. For this first time, I can say, it is okay to sit with ANY feeling and let it be.
Now what? I'm so confused.

It's strange that - just how it is - that things seem to be the same but they're very different. You're seeing them through opened eyes. How the view is different and mostly beautiful. There will be clouds but they all come with the familiar silver lining.
Oh yes, it'll be confusing but take things a little at a time. You've entered a great upheaval but it is manageable at your own pace. Spend time contemplating the insights you've received, the things you're learning. Don't worry too much about terminology - you are on a road to perfecting yourSelf. I hope this isn't bad news! but I'd better break it to you: it's a lifetime pursuit............... but won't necessarily be as intense and chaotic as seems right now.
