Once you focus on yourself and surrender the outcome, the world is your oyster. You should take this time to heal and rebuild, then decide for yourself if you even want him back. Once you're healed, you may choose somebody else. The advice is telling you to spend time with friends and families. All those cups represent the love already present in your life.
