I actually thought to myself the other day, goodness, words are really so unnecessary ( sorry words- the paradox there when I love and indulge in them so much
) and how complicated we make everything with the blah blah blah - and how when you find your internal home frequency, there is no need, or indeed needs! and how amazing it is to just loll about in that gorgeous loveliness.
