Problems Controlling Astral Body
 

When I project, I am a shapeshifter. My form usually depends on what people want me to be or what is around me. Lately, I've been chilling with a very diverse group. I don't really know what form to take on because of this, and it's going a little out of control.

Yesterday, someone on a different site decided to label me as an energy vampire because I have an astral husband. She accused me of only calling on him when I need to "feed." That's really not the case, but thanks to her, I'm now pulling large amounts of energy.

I guess what my question is is how do I regain the stability?
