At the moment I am really drawn to Sound Therapy.
I listen to various frequencies on a daily basis and I've noticed changes within me:

1) Solfeggio Frequencies.
2) RIFE therapy/frequencies.
3) Nogier frequencies.
4) Binural beats/monaural beats and morphic fields/subliminals.

I am very much drawn to the above, and for myself, agree to working with vibrations, that can be used within the body to heal.

As a music lover myself, I'm into sound therapy too. It's quite a "healing hack" since all you need is to plug in and listen.
I was just listening to a 432 Hz playlist on Spotify the other day. :)

I've been mainly drawn to 528 hz, as I've felt a pull towards it.
These frequencies really do do something to you, and I find it fascinating how it feels as if they're pulling the gunk out of your body/mind/aura/chakras/etheric body :D

I've not used Spotify to listen but YouTube, and this might seem like a silly question, but how do you find the frequencies on Spotify?
I've not used Spotify hence why I ask :redface:

Just type in the search bar the specific frequency and it would populate the results.

Spotify actually has a lot of songs and playlists you can choose from.
