Typing only really good experiences
 

Hi all, when you have an ap experience do you type it only if it was a really good experience. I had an ap experience this morning. I felt myself moving away from my body. My experiences is getting better. I am able to stay out longer and it is getting more real instead of a dream. My experience was not exciting.

I dont think it has to be exciting in order to value it and if it helps to write it down for that I say anyone should go for it!

Keeping records of experiences ive seen helps recognize patterns and cycles over long periods of time.

Thank you for your reply. What I meant was would you type experiences on the ap thread if it is not exciting? I do not want to bore people if my experiences is not exciting.

That is cool you are improving! AP experiences are really personal for me, so whether it's good or boring I will typically not share. But if I read someone else's experiences, and it's quite similar to one I have had, I would share it on the forum and discuss about it. I have a YUUGE journal of experiences I hand write down everything and not share.

Astralsuzy ah ok lol. Yea I sometimes do and have just to communicate that it is happening because people like me like to hear all of it. If everyone talks only about the exciting or impactful experiences then the readers who havent done it yet might get the wrong impression that it is always intense and never dull, but in reality allot of experiences are quick or uneventful compared to the crazy ones. So it likely helps a person see the bigger aspect of the experience on a broader spectrum.

I appreciate your replies. It is good to know some people like to read about it and other people like to be private about it whether it is boring or not. I am only going to write things in the forum if it is different otherwise it can become repetitive.

I would like to read about your experiences, boring or not. I'm sure you have plenty, only if you wish to share. I like it when I notice all the similarities of the experiences.
