Relief?
 

I am in pain with stiff and achey joints every day. Ranging from my neck and shoulder (I think it's muscular) lower back, hips and buttocks, legs/feet and my fingers. My fingers are what trouble me most (because you use them for everything!) I get slight temporary relief from running the hot tap over them whilst rubbing the joints, operative word being temporary. Does anyone have any suggestions to help relieve my stiffness, even if just for my hands/fingers? I cannot afford to see a chiropractor or any private health care. I don't believe the NHS have anything therapeutic to offer.

i have no credentials, so take everything i say as hearsay.
my guess is that your body chemistry is slightly 'off'.
you may be getting calcium deposits (equating to arthritis).
the nerves may be lacking in some special nutrient, or maybe something in excess.
i have had physical therapy for a stiff back.
one of the treatments involved a device that had a heating pad accompanied
with gentle jiggling on the stiff area.
i've also used muscle relaxant medication -- that stuff works wonderfully!

I can only suggest you, you tube qi gong for aching joints and try a few of the excercises they have there for a few months.....otherwise its the option of pain killers and surgery.

You need to go and see your doctor it sounds like arthritis to me,i suffer from it i have osteo arthritis which means its in my bones.and i have fibromygela that doesnt help.you need to go and see your doctor,
