Why Does it Hurt to Put Pressure?

I am looking to increase my psychic abilities and intuition to connect more with higher realms and myself. I am 21 and I love meditation, yoga, and mindfulness but I'm looking to advance in my spirituality more.. feel lighter & more connected to the deeper world around us.

I'm wondering why does it hurt when I use my thumb to "knead" put pressure on my feet? lol

I have this.. probably need more attention to it; try the massage a couple of times and relax the pressure where it builds up..

2 yr old question, but still of interest to others.
Why? There are so many theories...Rule of thumb?
Just keep massaging the point until it doesn't hurt anymore :tongue: ...and 1 chart says its
'stomach' ...another says 'kidneys'. See? Just rub it out.
One theory for all pain during massage is congestion or blockages or trigger points...
it all sounds good to me.
