Locked Into A Dream
 

This evening during a nap
I 'woke up' in my room ....but i was still dreaming
I knew I was dreaming because aspects of my room did not look familiar
So I was aware that I was in a dream
Went back to 'sleep' in it because I new in the dream that my brain wanted to wake me up out my sleep but I happened to be in the middle of a dream at the time. (this type of dream happens when my body is over heated which makes it a little slower for my body to wake up) so the best thing to do in the dream is: not to panic.

'woke up' again walking to my lamp to turn it on and going to use the loo and I realized yet again that I am still dreaming..so closed my eyes in the dream. The more relaxed I am in a dream the sooner I wake up.

So I eventually woke up out of it and yes I was very hot from the heating and extra clothing that I was wearing.

Just wanted to share.
Maybe others have had similar situations in the dream state :)
