Time stretched stillness
We awake to the morn vibrant, alive, flowing in silence, as soma nectar seeps into each node of our form, in delightful bliss tease of love, as purring rapture transmutes us thus. Essence of presence, looks on in wonder! Feeling complete, with bliss replete, love greets stirrings of thought, distilled at Gods feet, each pore a door, to bliss in-pour, no one here, to keep a score, we become a bliss mist, in joy that persists, which so renews, each hue new, filling us. |
Fears and Desires
No sooner we negate a contraction by the force of will, repression boomerangs until we choose to transcend, now looking without attachment, thereby feeding not ego borne fear, which then does vanish, never to return. Likewise, desires which engulf our being are but fleeting delusional forms, which soon fade away, if unfed, leaving us free to embrace and release each impulse, as master of thought, free from clutches of these ghosts turned to dust. Mindful eye
Our stupor, is perhaps beyond control but what we can do is to shift our fulcrum, in ascending love octaves, infusing in heart compassion, our arms open in loving embrace, softening attention in mindfulness. Love enablement heightens awareness shifting from grasping to connecting, with load upon heart thus lightened, we flow like the breeze with ease, mode, embrace and release, trusting the current to steady us across all states of self. |
Sat-Chit-Ananda
From darkness, we wish to shift into light, as innate instinct, as we are pure spirit, divine and self-luminous, pulsating with rapturous bliss, in resonation with throb of love, fullness, scriptures call Sat-chit-ananda. Our true presence has no limitation, yet now wishes to descend to rise, so ensouls feeble mind-body, with past memory erased, provided mind and heart, to discern and love reaching balance, to connect self with God. |
Vibrant emptiness
Staid stillness ushers calm, our empty form, devoid of desire, as also of all fears, becomes receptive to joy, which flows on here in abundance, now gently imbibed by consciousness, filling dark voids within, in permanence. Step by step, we slowly choose to align head and heart with the love pulsation, time dissolves; save God, nothing else grips us, moment to moment, as we meld with the flow, magnetising form thus in fullness, with rapture filling us. |
Chasing a mirage
Swift is thought, desires brought, which once rested remain dormant till our desires resurrect, propelled by ego craving, having deep roots in delusion, seeking to make permanent our joy, within the world of transience, external. Circling around, trying to catch its tail, we are amused by our dogs antics although we are no different, looking for a pot of gold at end of the rainbow; a mere illusion in yonder sky, destined to vanish soon. |
Inbuilt bias
Our bias, a flicker we can notice, with a mindful eye. Be wary, oh hermit, for judgment is delusion. Discern to know the truth and yet judge not that ye too be not so judged. Let our heart keep arms open in embrace. Know the truth: we are not this mind-body, which is but an earth life interface. We are a pristine divine spark, upon earth to feel by touch, becoming love essence, knowing all are one. With this wisdom so ingrained, let soul grow. |
What is love
What is love given that it is not trade, seeking an echo, recognition perhaps or dependent on exchange, all these being ego cravings, delusions rooted in mind-body, attempting to stretch momentary joy? Love is an all embracing outpouring, enchanting fragrance of a flower, non-judgmental, healing caress, devoid of thought narrowness, accepting one and all just the way they are, bliss in fullness, compassion touching lives. |
Welcoming our guest
Stand still dear soul, as bliss percolates form, stretching the moment and moments yet to come, as time itself stands still thus, with presence devoid of cravings, drawing the current into our heart resulting in blissful rapture unbound. When we invite love divine in our home, we first cleanse ourself of feral stains, laying the welcome mat of trust, with winsome smile on our face, making room in our heart, for the honoured guest to feel at home as we be full of joy. |
Love suffused awareness
Birth to death, feeling life flowing within, all we need to do, is to align with love, our awareness unbroken, without sinking into stupor, at any time of the day or night. Our journey begins with mindfulness, cognisant if each subtle pulse, distilling our attention, to in-pour love divine, distanced from ego resting desires mirrored by shallow fears. Nonet |
