Hey there. That’s a great question. There are actually many ways to increase memory capacity.
1. Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep 2. Drink plenty of water - dehydrated brain wont be able to focus 3. Exercise 4. Salt levels in your body effects your memory 5. Stress effects your memory 6. Avoid excessive sugar 7. Avoid excessive alcohol 8. What ever you want to remember turn it into a picture |

As Big John mentions - Prevagen, although I have not used it :) BUT I will recommend Gingo Biloba. I take it to help my Tinnitus but since I started with it, it also seems to keep me poor aged brain clearer.
