Like I’m blind..

Definitely there’s a good quiet and bad quiet…

It’s just a frequency a state of being..

The actual quietness is probably perfect to achieve it..

But something being so perfect might turn bad.. for least a minute.. maybe..

A ''bad quiet''?
Only one I can think of at the moment would be when the forest or jungle goes quiet cuz there's danger!!!

Otherwise quite, to me, is peaceful.
If it wasn't it would not be quiet ---it would be filled with the chatter of thoughts. No?
Not that your thoughts can't be great.

(I am relating quiet with stillness --maybe others are not.)

Sometimes being alone with your thoughts in silence is a good thing,
being at one with oneself. is very Healing,

I don't know ask myself I always ask and I put a clog of a touch with myself there I always ask and put a club or protection prayer on myself 2 that cloak of protection can keep me safe if I'm only good for come through not bad only good spirit confirm not bad
But I'll have to ask about that one when I get back my class I will LST I like to work with your mother's spirit I like to let the spirit it's full of humour I do
But I'm not sure on that one

Quietness can only be nasty or hard if you're not comfortable with your own mind chatter. I feel everyone needs alone time to experience silence. It's only then that we discover who we are at the deepest levels.
