Doing lots of push ups works for me. Also using dumbbells.
I also do yoga asanas and I walk with my dog but I don't think of those as ''work outs''.. LOL..:smile: |

Chuck Norris is taking it easy most of the time. When he does his work-outs, we experience this phenomenon we have called ''earthquake''.
