Lighthearted and sweet although I'm unable to insert links at present. Don't judge me on my choice of music, I promise I'm an all rounder.

Ennio Morricone - The ecstasy of gold

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKFpaCMRWgU

Perhaps one of the most brilliant and haunting pieces of music ever written!

Ecstacy Of Gold was originally written by famed Italian composer Ennio Morricone as part of the sound track for Italian filmmaker Sergio Leone's classic western "The Good, The bad and the Ugly and featured the vocals of tenor Suzanna Reggacci.

Morricone became famous for his penchant for using the human voice not to sing words but as a musical instrument to add layers of melody over the music.

This can be seem not only with Reggacci's part but also the choir backing the orchestra.

Lucky 1, the song right after your YouTube link was this. https://youtu.be/enuOArEfqGo
Theme song from the movie, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
I just fell over laughing... my work had to “bug out” of the office and I was sent home with boxes... So, the song fit my week!

Hopefully the weekend goes better!

Welcome Solar 7, I enjoy all kinds of music, without judgement.

Lomax, I love the way the music swirls around in my headphones. Do you know what I mean?

Happy weekend! I am driving far and wide to collect home supplies. Hopefully I will get to have some fun too!
