Vibration
 

Hello all,
I've posted about this before but as the posts have all gone now thought I'd bring it back... What I'm wondering is - has anyone out there experienced feeling a constant sensation of vibration at their core, so to speak, from base of spine to solar plexus/chest area? I've had this for a year now, it came at first with a lot of heat in feet/legs/base of spine but now it's just the vibes and it can be quite strong. Have read a fair bit on Kundalini as I think it's something to do with this...but in my searches haven't come across anyone else who's said oh yes I've had this vibration thing too.... so...I'm curious. Would love to hear of anyone with similar experiences.

Yep I've had the vibrating thing and it also started with heat in the feet. Been happening on and off for the last 12 years for weeks or months at a time, then nothing until it all starts up again.

It's nice to hear of someone else with the same thing...What do you reckon it is? I'm guessing it's to do with kundalini and it seemed to start after I did a Reiki Masters course and started to meditate....

Can't say that I have any idea though I've always thought it could be some kind of kundalini energy an increase in energy vibration or something??? I don't know much about reiki and have never been attuned, mine started after someone gave me a distant spiritual healing.

it could be your root chakra and solar pelux or kundalini

and no i haven't felt vibration in those areas just aches from eating too much cheese ****

At the moment it's my feet and spine vibrating away....wish I could get guidance of some sort on this...

I have also had this experience. I do not know what it is but I would think it has something to do with Kundalini.

I also find that I begin to move in circles for a short time then it will all stop. Has anyone here experienced this along with the vibrating?
