Astral beings
 

I just wanted a couple of advice on this topic. I had only one projection, it was all black, lasted 15 seconds and that's it. I never met any beings, so what would you recommend, how to act around them, as a beginner?

How do you act now, do you interact with them? Does it still scare you, how all this works?
I didn't read anything on this topic, and I haven't found much on youtube.
Any read on this topic is also desirable.
