How to connect with our higher self?
 

Well, I'm not even sure if I should be on the right thread for this, but anyway, how do I get in touch with my higher self? Do I need to raise my vibrations first?

You connect to your higher self in the same way as you connect to any other being.
The higher self will respond when you are ready for it.
Just remember, the higher self will connect to you through the top of your head, other lets say 5D entities or beings might connect to you on the level of the face, perhaps third eye, or I had them come in through the eyes, the all have a different signature.
Higher 4D entities most likely come through the heat region.
Anyone lower than the heat I would block.

Even i have been looking for ways to connect with higher self.

Know Thyself is written on the Temple of Delphi's wall thousands of years ago. I have many articles about how to achieve this.

You are already connected to and speaking with your higher self. You just don't realize it :D But he/she/etc is always listening to you and your thoughts, knows all your desires, and what will bring you the greatest long-lasting joy and fulfillment.

So all you have to do is listen, really. But you can ask questions too. Calm your mind, ask a question, then let it go.

Later on the journey you can get answers immediately. But early on, it's important to not be too thirsty for the answer. Or to hear back. So let it go.

You will likely get the answer while driving, doing the dishes, brushing your teeth. A moment when you are not really thinking about much very intensely.

You could start with a spiritual awakening, opening your chakras, there is lots of information online with guides to opening them, meditation is the best way to connect with yourself, allow your conscious to open up, there are many methods like using active imagination, shadow work etc find what works best for you.
