Possibly your higher self as well. Your higher self can work with guides and angels or even channels. It is close to you and your current self as well.

Hi, what is your own frequency, feelings at? unsolved trauma? negativity? grief? a scar on your aura?

most strong I feel is fear. so fear is something low levels will jump at as if it is a Sunday steak.

Yes absolutely. Ask the Universe to send you the right help you need. It will combine with your higher self to send you the right guides, angels, healers and people who can cleanse you of these energies, and help you with life lessons you need to learn from them.

You also need to put a bubble of divine white light around you for protection. Visualise it, feel it.

Have a look at what you are reading, thinking, and what kind of things you are watching on tv.

Who is living with you and what they do and think of in their life. Is anyone using a oujie board, drugs etc.

All of this contributes to bringing in negative energies. (Not saying that these are causing your problems tho)
