This thread is inspired by the "nice" thread. Being nice and discussing nice things. On or off topic can be uplifting. If it makes a difference, makes you feel good and does no harm, it's nice.
Yesterday I lit a lantern with all the people in mind that has been dealing with storm damage in the southwest. My thoughts and prayers go out to you!

I talk to a very closed down girl sometimes. She doesn’t talk much back and can only respond in very limited ways. Just heard back from the caregivers that she appreciates it. We can mean a lot to these lives.

I don't care to talk about nice things I do either makes me feel weird. But it doesn't have to be nice things we do. What if you over Hurd something nice or saw someone else doing good? It could be that as well. Positive spreads the same as negative. The last nice thread was to worried about staying on topic. Doing, and witnessing acts of kindness can be contagious and a topic that can easily lead to different and more positive places someone didn't think about at that moment. If you can move it to the lounge and it would be more productive by all means you can. Or should I just start another one there?
