My friend told me about this this morning

They are trying to steal native land again it is in the Metro news that the tribe have held for a very long time, who do they think they are?! This makes me so angry!

I think Squanto was from this area.
This does not surprise me.
I see were they are asking for prayers and lighting of prayer fires
in support of passing a bill in Congress to have their status upheld.
A prayer fire I will light, in support of their right to exist and be a nation
on their lands as they have been, for as long as they have existed.

The Squanto story is one I have studied as much as I can.

People do not realize the Squanto story was a European issue.......


I was amazed that John Smith is even part of the account.


It was sad that Squanto died as the last of his people.

I really dislike hearing about arguments over land ownership. It's like 2 fleas on a dog arguing over who owns the dog.

Outdated,old programming,scripted ingrained false beliefs.

No one owns anything.

As I tell people, "Do we really own anything?"

That is a bit strong. I am attached to this body, but it does not "own" me.

I have a garden, it only owns me for 20 minutes a day !! LOL.
