We are here within void as awareness centred everywhere, ensouling mind body, for earth life experience. However attention stagnates, deadening our inner sentience, thereby limiting reach of consciousness. Permanent happiness, found in release, flowing without pausing, like the breeze. Fullness in emptiness
As the throb of bliss enlivens our form, ensconced in ecstatic currents warm, thought rested awareness aflame, magnetism assigned no name, joyous pristine presence, love entwined parlance, feels thus complete, bliss replete, one with soul. Vulnerability

Aspect allowing
Say yes now to the pulse of love divine, as it seeks to fill our emptiness within. We see the magic at play; magnetic heat within rises! Rapturous spasms display our delight; a dance beauteous, through each day and night. Aspect allowing, paves way for blessings to inpour, in as by God ordained. Benign bliss explosion fills us, vaporising lower mind. Liken this to climax without any end! Fact, not fiction, shh, a secret, known to few. |
Humble conduit
Small service we perform to help someone, that too with a smile, sincerely from our heart, expecting no thank you note, reflects our state of consciousness, aligned with the pulse of love divine, embracing and releasing flow of life. Just as a flower gives off its fragrance, simply acting true to its nature, we too as a pure love conduit, radiate the love divine, embracing all alike as an instrument, doing His will, becoming the bliss throb. |
Childlike wonderment
we perceive, colouring the cognition, interpreting it as of the convenience of our mind body combine, reaffirming narrow thinking, thus self-imprisoning self therein, until we choose to dwell in cessation. if only each time, be like the first time, feeling each life pulse in wonderment, delighting in offered surprise, whilst resting our lower mind, we embrace and release flow of life with ease, free and unbound, our presence, full of joy. |

Shine angel bewitching, self-luminous, appearing at night, when we are half awake, just before our dreaming state, delighting at our wondrous eyes, conjoined by hidden expectations, spurred by our ego seeking attainment! Continuum of aliveness
When awake we discern, using free will, whilst during our sleep, our response instinctive, acts as of reflex fulcrum, signalling that we should uplift our consciousness by awakening, with awareness unbroken at all times. Once our waking state, thought rested silence, witness consciousness feels each impulse in time stretched stillness, thus tranquil, slipping into deep sleep mode retaining our free will, with no more stupor slowing down life, enabling us to be. |

Light within, is hidden from cognition, so if honest Joe says that is not quite so, their words have a ring of truth; we accept what they speak as true, since divine light is as yet concealed, which, in timeless time, will be so revealed. Prayer
Close our eyes, retaining soft attention, poised agendaless in dynamic stillness, resting lower mind urges, inviting the divine sublime to illumine all voids by loves light, transfixing us now in blissful rapture. Divine Light
Light, soft white, aliveness self-existent casting no shadow, here and now manifest, suffused with Gods own brilliance, heals in-form consciousness fully, transmuting mind-body as divine; hues of divine rainbow aglow within! Bubbling joy, shifting to rapturous bliss, pulsates thus as joy in permanence, igniting the central funnel, revealing our true being, divine, self-luminous, with heart as centre connected to single eye within form. |
Only if
If only we be still, embracing life, as it does unfold, without narrow craving, thus fearless and desireless, then, as staid witness to ourself, we are within but not in the world, joyous mist of bliss, free and unfettered. There then thus, no doing, that need be done, save slowly shedding off old thought forms rooted in ego borne cravings, which seek to demonise us, shrouding us in darkness, even though the light within us shines in the cave of our heart. |

Ripples in the void
A ripple expanding, yet the centre motionless, so still, unaffected by storms, which will ebb away in time, whereupon the centre merges with the rippleless, calm, tranquil lake, leaving behind no trace of what happened. Fear mirrors our desires, contracting us and yet we indulge, like someone addicted, with ego trauma bonding, imagining that we are free, thus, living life in dark delusion, unable to exit these thought patterns. Self-luminescence
Light of truth dawns gently, when we admit divine bliss current to fill all voids within. As past conditioning ebbs, veils of ignorance are removed, enabling thus Gods love to fill us transmuting mind body as living light. We cannot garner these truths using force, for by connecting, not by grasping, may we cognise the life current pulsating ceaselessly here, now, within our being, known if we listen, silencing thought, as our heart imbibes love. |
Is-ness of being-ness

Journey without movement

Hark - the voice within
Let us here now listen in surrender, to the gentle voice of our conscience within, showing soul clues to align with Gods ever present love throb, urging that we choose now to return, to the domain of love and light, our home. Subtle voice speaks to us in soft whispers, since love never employs use of force. Thus, we must listen in silence, with ego borne thoughts still, yearning for the reunion of our lower mind, first with our soul, next spirit and then, God. |
Time stretched stillness
We awake to the morn vibrant, alive, flowing in silence, as soma nectar seeps into each node of our form, in delightful bliss tease of love, as purring rapture transmutes us thus. Essence of presence, looks on in wonder! Feeling complete, with bliss replete, love greets stirrings of thought, distilled at Gods feet, each pore a door, to bliss in-pour, no one here, to keep a score, we become a bliss mist, in joy that persists, which so renews, each hue new, filling us. |
Fears and Desires
No sooner we negate a contraction by the force of will, repression boomerangs until we choose to transcend, now looking without attachment, thereby feeding not ego borne fear, which then does vanish, never to return. Likewise, desires which engulf our being are but fleeting delusional forms, which soon fade away, if unfed, leaving us free to embrace and release each impulse, as master of thought, free from clutches of these ghosts turned to dust. Mindful eye
Our stupor, is perhaps beyond control but what we can do is to shift our fulcrum, in ascending love octaves, infusing in heart compassion, our arms open in loving embrace, softening attention in mindfulness. Love enablement heightens awareness shifting from grasping to connecting, with load upon heart thus lightened, we flow like the breeze with ease, mode, embrace and release, trusting the current to steady us across all states of self. |
Sat-Chit-Ananda
From darkness, we wish to shift into light, as innate instinct, as we are pure spirit, divine and self-luminous, pulsating with rapturous bliss, in resonation with throb of love, fullness, scriptures call Sat-chit-ananda. Our true presence has no limitation, yet now wishes to descend to rise, so ensouls feeble mind-body, with past memory erased, provided mind and heart, to discern and love reaching balance, to connect self with God. |
Vibrant emptiness
Staid stillness ushers calm, our empty form, devoid of desire, as also of all fears, becomes receptive to joy, which flows on here in abundance, now gently imbibed by consciousness, filling dark voids within, in permanence. Step by step, we slowly choose to align head and heart with the love pulsation, time dissolves; save God, nothing else grips us, moment to moment, as we meld with the flow, magnetising form thus in fullness, with rapture filling us. |
Chasing a mirage
Swift is thought, desires brought, which once rested remain dormant till our desires resurrect, propelled by ego craving, having deep roots in delusion, seeking to make permanent our joy, within the world of transience, external. Circling around, trying to catch its tail, we are amused by our dogs antics although we are no different, looking for a pot of gold at end of the rainbow; a mere illusion in yonder sky, destined to vanish soon. |
Inbuilt bias
Our bias, a flicker we can notice, with a mindful eye. Be wary, oh hermit, for judgment is delusion. Discern to know the truth and yet judge not that ye too be not so judged. Let our heart keep arms open in embrace. Know the truth: we are not this mind-body, which is but an earth life interface. We are a pristine divine spark, upon earth to feel by touch, becoming love essence, knowing all are one. With this wisdom so ingrained, let soul grow. |
What is love
What is love given that it is not trade, seeking an echo, recognition perhaps or dependent on exchange, all these being ego cravings, delusions rooted in mind-body, attempting to stretch momentary joy? Love is an all embracing outpouring, enchanting fragrance of a flower, non-judgmental, healing caress, devoid of thought narrowness, accepting one and all just the way they are, bliss in fullness, compassion touching lives. |
Welcoming our guest
Stand still dear soul, as bliss percolates form, stretching the moment and moments yet to come, as time itself stands still thus, with presence devoid of cravings, drawing the current into our heart resulting in blissful rapture unbound. When we invite love divine in our home, we first cleanse ourself of feral stains, laying the welcome mat of trust, with winsome smile on our face, making room in our heart, for the honoured guest to feel at home as we be full of joy. |
Love suffused awareness
Birth to death, feeling life flowing within, all we need to do, is to align with love, our awareness unbroken, without sinking into stupor, at any time of the day or night.
