What did I do well today?

Haha! You were dead right, I didn't enjoy myself that much as I had to drive (and it's a fair distance), so drank lemonade all night. Was absolutely knackered by the time I got home. My son was going to drive but still in the process of moving, he was still in the city so I met him there and he then drove from his old place to Bondi, which was a good 45 minutes, so at least that saved me driving that distance in the Saturday night traffic, which at Bondi is horrendous!

This may be off as I've got an almighty headache (that's what drinking lemonade all night does, hahahaha with next to no sleep) but to me, it looks like you were very mentally organised, to the point of making lists of what you wanted to do in your head, then ticking them off as you went, feeling pretty pleased with yourself as to how much you managed to achieve.

I was quite organised yesterday.
I decided to make a list of the herbs I had in my apothecary box so I can start organising what I need to grow or replace. Which is something I've been meaning to do for weeks.

I would say yes, but there seems to have been a change of plan and things aren't going to go quite how you expected.

Time isn't the issue but rather feeling too drained or uninspired to start the project will be the obstacle.

Should I start an ab strengthening/core routine now or is into better to wait a bit?

Wait for a bit, it's something to consider in the future, (I feel it suggests either, getting checked over first/be guided by medical professional or do some training with a qualified instructor :confused: ).
