Lately I listened to many frequencies on YT such as 528hz, 285hz, 432hz etc.
what are some of them that you guys find more effective, and how?

I like the 7.83hz earth tone, it really helps my sleep at times!

I have a tone generator so I can produce any freq from 0 to 20000Hz I think.....

7.83 sounds interesting,that might be barely audible!

EDIT:
My tone generator program wont let me do 7.83 it says "No freq specified" I can only do whole numbers... (7,23,528,etc)
