What Vegan proteins do you eat?

Well my meal plan might not be for everyone because it’s mostly a science experiment. It’s part of my chakra science study to activate maximum Anahata and Sahasrara (Heart & Balance) chakras continually. While attempting to minimize & quantize or identify any karmic food properties.

I’ve minimized it to 5 items in four years:
Purple cabbage (Boiled)
Green Broccoli (Boiled)
0% yogurt (Protein)
Fruit gummies (sucrose)
Occasionally an avocado

This is where my next opportunity is, going vegan! However my current protein nutrition intake requires almost 100 grams a day & I have been searching for another vegan 0% protein source. Any thoughts? Does one exist? How much karmic influences have you observed when switching to vegan? What is the universe of vegan protein like?

Happy meal planning & Thank you

Namaste

Hemp seeds.

Have you looked into legumes and nuts? Getting your protein from veggies and fruits sounds like a tough ride..

The average person needs like 50-60g of protein. Try mixing beans with grains, and eat nuts, seeds, and vegan 'meat'.

(also, for vegetarians there are of course dairy products and eggs)

-All the seeds
-All the nuts
-Black beans
-Chic peas
-Lentils
-sunflower/almond/peanut butters
-Brown rice
-Quinoa
-Not the biggest fan of tofu but I have a ton of organic no gmo right now frozen because my friend was going to throw it away
-quorn and field roast when I get meat cravings
-overnight oats with chia

All sorts of smoothies and bowls that combine protein rich foods for after workouts. I'm not knowledgeable in eating for chakra energies. I did study Ayurvedic diet according to my dosha type a couple years ago.

Vegans are human like everyone else.

Being half-Italian and one who loves pasta, I now eat Banza chickpea pasta with baby spinach leaves and tomato sauce. It's great ...high protein, high iron, no cholesterol, and virtually no sodium. :love4:

Amaranth is also awesome.
