Hello everyone!
This is an new but old account - I originally created an account with the same name here but lost access to it after updating the email address, so had to recreate it. It's not a big loss, though, as I only had 14 posts on it. I might have an old intro post or comment somewhere around here but (if I do) don't know where it is.
In a nutshell - I'm in my 40s, male, live a bit outside of Toronto, have an INFJ personality type, and love helping people by sharing information. I've been interested in spirituality since I was a child (when my mother told me about near death experiences) but got into it more seriously in the 90s. I'm a spiritual eclectic with a strong interest in energy work and practical spiritual information.
I resonate most with information from the guides Orin (channeled by Sanaya Roman), Emmanuel (Pat Rodegast), and Abraham (Esther Hicks). Over the years I've worked with qigong (mostly zhan zhuang standing meditation), Reiki, chakras, and the light body (as taught by the guide DaBen, channeled by Duane Packer).
