Self hypnosis
 

I just started workin on making a self hypnosis recording that I can listen to. I want to make a couple at least, one is for general health and longevity reasons, and the other will be for motivation to meditate more and increase psychinc and astral projection abilities.

I'm making the recordings in iMovie on my mac so I can mix different sound tracks, later I'll convert the mp4 to an mp3 file, just for listening to.

Is this an affirmation to make you do it?

Did you want to discuss anything about making those recordings?

No, I was already working on it today and finished it this afternoon, i's my first attempt and I haven't used it but will tomorrow morning.


I looked up ways of self hypnosis online and made my version based on those suggestions and on past hypnosis events. I'm planning on making more of these, and will probably redo my first one as well.

Yes what script did you use? Making your own recordings is a great idea but so far I've only used pre-made recordings
