Going around in circles.
 

Walk through the mind all day and all night.
When you find each thought ending right where it began, your circling ends.

That's familiar to me, since I believe in the circle of Life.
Everything travels in a circle so I'm told.
I have witnessed many circles but have not witnessed all things yet.
I have seen many Buddhists use the ring of the bell or bowl to display such a circle.
The ring is born out of silence rises and then returns to silence.
