A guided meditation for being present with what is (video)
This guided meditation from Jon Bernie came up on my Youtube recommendations and I found it useful, so I just wanted to share for anyone interested in using guided meditations. It's focused on simply being present with whatever you happen to be feeling in the moment, and it also includes ambient music (which kicks in about a minute into the video) and sounds of nature:

I did over a minute before I had to say...I loved the face of the wolf in the rock formation!

I wasn't even paying attention to the rock formations, you've made me curious now :laugh: Not sure I'm seeing it, whereabouts is it? I saw the face of a wolf when I was meditating years ago, funnily enough, though I've no idea what it signified (if anything).

Nice, it may come in handy for those who need some outside help to reach the silence.
