What Music are you Listening to at the Moment?: I was just listening to Frank Sinatra's song 'High Hopes on YouTube.

For quiet times I love to listen to artists like Medwyn Goodall, Phil Chapman, Phil Thornton, Llewellyn and Denis Quin (Also known as Asha)

Most of this is instrumental, and very gentle on the ears - what I call my 'chill-out' music, it helps me to ground when I sit to meditate.
