If mentally distorted people die
 

If some one has gone into mentally distorted realm.There his time is difficult to pass.If He dies what will be his circumstances .Will his time be difficult to run even after death or will he be free from mental conflicts

When anyone dies their Soul travels on because it can not die. no one who dies through mental illness or anything else.
that stays behind
your soul is free so it carries nothing like illness or mental health

Will he carry life's memories or will they be vanished soon after death.what is concept of time after death

Time in the spirit world is not like it is here, we have time to get us to be places appointments etc. what could seem as weeks to you could be just a second in the spirit world.
Yes they retain some memories that is how you get Visitations or a reading from a medium. they will give you Validation that who is speaking through them is the person you wanted to connect to

I have heard from NDE accounts that the ‘soul’ can see, hear and do more despite not having physical senses. If the blind can see again after death than I’m sure the mentally ill can be sane again after death.

There is so much love and support on the Other Side...there are actually 'hospitals' to recover from this place! :)
We are given all the time we need to recuperate.
(From many mediums that talk with those on the Other Side, that is.)

Many writings support this idea. We are told of places of healing, filled with the unconscious or semi-conscious recently dead who may have passed over after a long illness, watched over by carers using healing energies, healing light, healing colour. As the "patients" gradually recover they are told that they have died and they learn to adjust to their new environment.

But maybe there are different scenarios for those whose Earthly problems were physical and those whose Earthly problems were more emotional or mental.

Physical issues are left behind with the death of the physical body, but the individual may be severely depleted of energy because of their physical illness so they need time to rest and recuperate.

Whereas any mental or emotional imbalance may not be removed by physical death, unless there was some physical cause for such imbalance. Do they wander around the physical plane as a very confused disembodied entity? Do they find themselves on a lower astral plane in a very confusing self-created astral environment? Or are they removed to a place of healing where they can be treated? I don't recall much in the after-death literature about this.

If there is no any physical illness, but only self created mental and emotional conflict,
this would be forgotten or he would suffer same consequences even after death

It is one and the same. Mental health problems can be detected with brain scans, cause other 'physical' issues over time.

There is no mental illness in the spirit world, at all.
