My family and that I am aware of so many things others may not be...

Time. It's the only way I can get to something different.

I am grateful that I do live in a flood prone area. There are a lot of people whose homes have been flooded and businesses destroyed. They are going through a very bad time. It would be terrible.

I am thankful for the helpers during difficult times.

I am thankful I do not have to go out into the rain. It is raining again and falling heavily. It has been raining since 21 February. It could have rained earlier than that but I forget. We have had the occasional day that has not rained then it mostly rains heavily late in the afternoon or night.
