Crows
 

My question is about Crows cawing. For the past 25+ years, when a Crow caws near me 3 times, caw caw caw, that tells me I will hear of a death of someone I know or the family of someone I know. The distance of the cawing tells me how close the relationship is to me.

Friday, I heard the familiar cawing of a Crow, except this time it was 4 in a row, twice. 4 caws, silence for a few seconds and then 4 caws. I was sitting at my desk at work, alone in the office. The cawing sounded like it was next to my ear. It was just loud enough for me to know it wasn't a bird outside. I can't find anything online about the 4 caws. Is anyone familiar with this and can shed some light on it?
