Just a Fun Thing
 

Just a fun thing I made to help boost positive vibes and guide me when I need it. I happen to have a nice shell collection, including a lot of olive shells. So I took these olive shells, painted them, colored them with markers and paint pens, decorated them, etc. Then, I used a sharpie to write a word or short phrase on each shell. Did about 50. I try to match the word with a color that seems appropriate. Put them in a bag, mix them up, and pick one out each day. That is the day's message that I need to focus on. So for example, today's was "Gratitude." Other examples:

Intuition
Respect
Tolerance
Integrity
Trust
Detach
Open
Shift
Self-Control
Radiate
Relax
Self-Care

Etc, you get the point. So I make sure I am open to when that message may apply (if I have a situation I'm stuck in, I try to think of it from the angle of the message, and trust that path). I may also make that message my day's goal (like self-care).
