Inner Sun
 

I experienced this, last night while I was meditating. I fell into a trance-like state and I was teleported somewhere else, for a couple of moments, the outside world totally disappeared.

I found myself staring at this orb of pure white light. The light was shining quite powerfully and beautifully but in a gentle way, there was no "eye irritation", it was gentle and peaceful, I could stare directly at it. It's like watching the Sun without the Sun rays to hurt your eyes.

It was such blissful experience, when I returned into this world, I was left with a pressure on my forehead, you know, between my eyebrows but a little bit above them. Even after a night of sleep, the pressure is still there. I meditated once again this morning and the pressure became a little bit more noticeable.

The thing is that I was not focusing on my third eye energy point, I let myself drift away as I usually do when I meditate. We do this before we fall asleep, we drift away, but we are not aware of this because we have not trained ourselves to stay aware in such moments.

I called this the Inner Sun, it looked like a Sun and the Sun rays looked like the Sun rays of our Sun. I forgot to say, I was listening to some peaceful music, but when I wast there, in that place, where the inner Sun appeared, I could not hear the music and I was listening to my headphones the whole time, when I "returned", the music was still playing. One more thing, this is important, prior to this experience, I felt as if I was getting lighter and lighter, as if something is rising up, I don't know how to describe this, anyway, it was floating above my body and this something was me, but I was awake at this point so how could this be.

This is how it looked like, but it was "alive".



The whole experience was very vivid and clear, I can see it in my inner eye as if it just happened.

Hi ThatMan...what a lovely experience. A powerful one too if your third eye is still feeling it...but a wonderful vision. I love that time of night, as I settle down and allow my third eye to show me things. It's exciting, like settling down to watch a film you have never seen because you never know what you will be shown.

Yes, you're right, it's very active, you know that blackness we see when we have our eyes closed? I was seeing images forming and they were surreal. I was flying over forests, over green fields, then I used this to merge myself with that white pure light and my whole body transformed into light, then, it was a body of light. I was feeling so grateful and tankful and appreciative to everything I ever experienced, then a plum fell from plum tree touching my right hand, waking me up. Yes, I meditate in nature, in a field of plum trees.

I felt that this plum fell intentionally on me to wake me up, it never happened before. I was like fully merging with the golden white light.

I am really happy that you too can have such surreal experiences, they are a wonderful gift and blessing!

Hi... The music is beautiful. So relaxing and calming. I have taken note of it for reference. Yes, it is an amazing gift. I Love your plum trees as the place you go to meditate. And the fact that one fell off and hit your hand to wake you is quite something..... The place I go to meditate in my mind's eye is an image of myself in glorious sunshine . I am walking across a beautiful field full of wild flowers , barefoot. I am wearing a long flowing dress and my hair is loose and carefree, and I can feel the heat of the sun on my face and shoulders .... It is a lovely place to visit as I feel my own freedom there... I can be me in most relaxed peaceful state.

You basically described the place I see almost every time when I meditate, a place with nature everywhere, wild flowers of all colors, trees having all sorts of colors, in special white and purple. In real life, I spend a lot of time in nature, I take long walks and meditate. Today I flew through a field of sunny flowers, then the sunny flowers became yellow flowers and then I found myself flying over green fields. You see, the more you meditate, the more vivid these experiences are, it starts with seeing just glimpses, then these glimpses turn into more detailed images and finally they became fully developed realities where, while still in an awake state, you can fly and see things that have incredible details, now go one step further and completely immerse yourself into these realities, this is what people call an out of body experience. The outside world totally disappears, you are completely "gone" :biggrin:

Hi..it really is the most wonderful place ever. And in real life there is nothing as beautiful as walking in nature, be it a field, a woodland, even along a grass verge on a country lane filled with wild flowers . I fly a lot. Especially as a child and in my younger years. I fly across oceans, and across the city . When I see through my third eye just before sleep I see so many lovely images. But there is one re-curring vision that I am shown and which I love. It's a country lane with trees to both sides which curve slightly into the road. The sun is just going down. There is no- one to be seen and no vehicles on the road, it's just mine. It is as though I am driving a car along the road at speed. But I cannot see the bonnet of the car or my hands on the wheel. I can only see the road and the trees rushing by. It's an amazing experience.

I see this pattern at all the people who are drawn to the spiritual "side of life", they all love nature and love to be in nature.

You really do have some wonderful experiences! Maybe this recurring vision of yours means something for you, something deeper that you, at this moment, are not aware of. I've seen families living in houses in the astral realms, they had houses just like ours and they were just like us. I kinda invaded the backyard of two women, I had no idea that they were living there. Not just once I visited houses that I've never seen in real life.

ThatMan, what a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing. I've really got to try meditating again. It's so hard for me.

Yes,that was a beautiful experience.

Good day, this is a very blessed experience! In the various schools of meditation, this light you saw is called the inner self/Atman. You saw your Atman/spirit in its glorified state, resembling the Father. Remember, we are made in the image and likeness of God. The likeness speaks of our functions, but you were granted to see your true self. Truly, we are light encased in soul and body.

It sounds like you have a "go to" place when things in your life get a bit hectic. :-)

This is my first real attempt to "draw" what I saw. This is done using photoshop ( a digital tool ) so it's not an actual drawing but digital art. It's around 60-70% of what I saw, I still have to figure out how to add the rest of the details since I just started using photoshop beyond drawing with the brush, ha ha ha :))

As you can see, this is much better than the first image I showed you, that was the closest thing I could find on internet but this one is the real deal and this is what I saw, I was floating towards that sphere. This sphere was alive having much more details that I don't know how to show now but it's a promise that I am going to learn how to bring them to life so that I can show you something super close to what I saw. The light rays where coming from above from an absolute Light that I did not saw but felt its presence. I was very close to merge with that Sphere of Light.

After I figure out all the ways to achieve this I actually plan to paint it on a real canvas and maybe make some copies and offer them for free for those interested.
