Help with Theresa Caputo style smudging
 

Hi,. Wondering whether anyone has the Theresa Caputo smudge Kit that goes with using quartz and honey calcite, a smudging wand of white sage, roses and lavender as well as a cedar smidge stick, abalone shell, feather, Palo Santo, white candle and eucalyptus oil. Her kit of the above is sold out, which is why I had to get everything separately. I asked at the Theresa Caputo site and only got one weak answer about how to smudge in general with white sage. I've read the Teresa Caputo books, no clues there.

Help, please? Suggestions? I'm a little lost. Thanks so much, I look forward to smudging my apartment.

Interesting to know that the Medium Theresa Caputo is selling smudge kits.

As for the smudge sticks: Is one white sage, lavender and roses combined as one?
And another smudge made from cedar?

Is a charcoal briquet included?

As for the feather: use that to fan out the smudging sage that is in the abalone shell so as to produce smoke. Use the White Sage first followed by the Cedar.

As for the Palo Santo, they burn nicely on charcoal and truly change the essence of the air.

The euclyptus oil anoints the white candle which should be burning during this ceremony.
