Can soildiers from wars haunt you
As i keep hearing german language
From www i try to send them to the light
But stll hear them

Please can anyone advise me or help me

I would make sure it's not coming from living people. Next learn some German . I will assume their speaking Hoch Deutsch (high German), because it's not one language but several. Let them know that they are dead and it's time to move on , loved ones are weighing at the astral graden ect.

I do get visits from living people spirits aswell

By living people I meant the next room or out side . I guess it could be living people in their astral bodies . I don't know if you could hear them speak. Tho.

I smudge regulary but some of them dont seem to want to go
It gets too much at times if they are spirit or astral

To desert rat : i think its high german there doesnt seem to be any variation it what they spoke in that era
To asearcher : they around most of the time i do feel bad tense energy from spirit it builds up and i feel sick nautious and cold on my left side i do sense or feel granade but the senses i get feel it was artillery maybe the soldiers trying to say was both
I just feel drained after i think they might be my protection but its quite confusing.

High German and English have a number of words that are close . Hause ,wasser , Bier , Mann ect .if you hear very much you should be able to pick out a few words.

Im sure, what is related to war, it was taken care of. Maybe you sense something from past?

When it doesn't go away, that means you have wrong approach, like missing some key factors - what are you missing when dealing with this? What is it, to master in this situation? I don't know what is other stuff you are dealing with so it is hard to say something that address real issue here.

PS there a bunch of ghost you tube videos in a bunch of lang.s I have heard them in Eng, German , Spanish , French , and Russian . Not that i can under much our side of English . If any wants to discuss them we can do it a new thread .
