Swami Atmarupananda is of the same order as Swami Sarvapriyananda. I came across him several months back in a joint Q&A session with Swami Sarvapriyananda.

Swami Atmarupananda is a renowned scholar, teacher, and monk of the Ramakrishna Order of India. After joining the Ramakrishna Order of India in 1969, he spent seven years in India, engaged in monastic training and scholarly and spiritual pursuits.

Five factors of Karma.

1 - It must be in a living body
2 - There must be a sense of doership, agency
3 - There must be a sense of enjoying or suffering
4 - There must be a sense of moral obligation, including choice
5 - If all these things are present then there's a Cosmic Result, AKA Karma

“One who sees inaction in action, and action in inaction, is intelligent among men, and he is in the transcendental position, although engaged in all sorts of activities.” (Bhagavad Gita 4.18)

For me personally and since my inclination is towards the path of knowledge and meditation I practice Work as Witness. Whether that technique, Work for God or other techniques the great thing about these practices is they can be practiced non-stop throughout the day thereby spiritualizing all of life, at least as far as one remembers, and the more one practices the more it becomes second-nature.
