If mildness be kindness, placating but not consciousness correcting, while honesty of entirety momentarily disconcerting yet ultimately enlightening, how may the deluded be included and without shaking & upsetting how may be effected an awakening?

Addicted to fear since fear is attentive though keeping us captive, we trauma bond and actually become fond of the narrow domain within which insane, the padded cell where we sleep well induces selective signals which we welcome and so ad infinitum thoughts viral within the spiral ... until we choose, without excuse to stop our own movement, becoming then sentient to a higher reality, judging not whether or not that too be a finality and thus be free of illusionary entrees of self created imagery.

Enlightenment made so easy & breezy that sensing a trap from the welcoming chorus of loving claps, we turn our back and get onto the egoic rack of censure & torture, of suffering unending, until we self-realise that the prize of oneness joy without ploy always was within our heart beating, repeating ceaselessly & beauteously and to access all we need is to choose a recess, pausing the causing emerging from self-serving desiring.

Thus we being both the jailer and the captor, we are both the transmitter as well as the receptor of gross vibration dulling subtle domain perception. Our state of being, Tamas stuporously restricting, Rajas delusionally clouding or Satva joyously enlivening & manifesting respectively as dullness, prejudice or clarity of seeing, we are as at where our attention chooses to be at, be it stagnating & declining, enacting as in circling or rejoicing in boundlessness all encompassing.

Likening Tamas to subconscious rooted in the past, Rajas to the conscious both desirous & fearful of the future and Satva to superconscious vibrant in the present the sentience of consciousness presence is drawn from the essence of resonation as of chosen vibration.

We may say that Tamas is the state of phlegmatic weakness, Rajas of stirring but deluded consciousness and Satva of divine illumined awareness.

Tamas being the pause, the stillness, Rajas our choice, our willingness, positioning egoless oneness Satva intuition to accentuate our attention in a fusion & continuum of Gunas three sets us here & now free from delusion begot of maya illusion.

Moving from Tamas to Rajas to Satva we note an expansion & ascension of vibration, our consciousness awareness coordinate therefore dependent upon how we choose to resonate.

Heightening higher aspects of the Gunas and so enlightening Tamas to baggage-less stillness, Rajas to free flowing willingness and Satva to magnetised being-ness, when all orientational aspects of consciousness become meditational and merge, we surge as a centreless awareness, one with the That Oneness

Each chain being only as strong as its weakest link, if Tamas be the kink that makes us sink, Rajas the shackles that entangles and Satva stained with vanity not yet drained, our direction may be best determined by continuous contemplative consciousness correction.
