Very wise quotes ...I try to implement yours into my daily life, blackraven.

My favorite of all:

I love quotes in general..I'll go and read certain categories sometimes...just according to how I'm feeling. I've learned a lot from them, and see something new every time..

One of my favorites-
If the doors of perception were cleansed everything would appear to man as it is, infinite.
~William Blake

Also-lol..

Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.
~Steven Wright

Same here, TesseLated.

Here's one I can't resist, though it sounds a bit ...rude...lol
Quotes of ancient wisdom ...
( I love Plato)

" An empty vessel makes the loudest sound; they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers."

-Plato

Yes..the longer it takes to explain something important..the less meaning it has..not a direct quote...but something I learned from a Buddhist monk quote...

Also-an empty vessel does make the loudest sound in a different respect...and that's when there's no sound at all...that one's just me..

Couldn't agree more.
Silence speaks louder than words. (when the empty vessel is used in this respect)

That's the magic of it all...:hug3:

"You may fool all of the people some of the time,
you may even fool some of the people all of the time,
but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time."

- Abraham Lincoln

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else,it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there. You must go beyond them.
