Meditation being simply internalising our attention Dynamic stillness without memory drawn anticipation We are attentively poised having seemingly stilled the transient outer Observer observing observed both us merge in nothingness of our inner Consciously thus choosing to enter the inner void of our heart in silence Yet signals presence of a doer so choosing and thus not pristine innocence Our heart beat and breath operate in unattended effortlessness Why then is our meditational orientation not an ever present being-ness Stilling not our stillness let us simply allow stillness to still our being Without any doing or searching save the incessant burning yearning for connecting With what else but Love manifesting within as Divine magnetism in silence rising Taking us on a joy ride through hidden pathways both enlivening & surprising Bubbling joy to compassion and purity in an unending explosive blissful rapture Wherein we vaporise to become That looking at mind-body as a mere caricature Meditation then being we as bliss ever flowing in dynamic stillness Of inexpressible completeness in the void of seeming nothingness *** |

Association with mind body limitation Self blocking our innate bliss elation Ever present and ever pulsating Yet inexplicably we keep searching How may we find that which is real How else but by dropping the unreal By stopping all movement external Feeling within ourself bliss eternal It is all maya illusion contorted by thought as delusion Were it not for our suffering it would actually be comical *** |
Life is a drama, and we the actors.
How full life can be, or empty depends on the state of our heart. The ego loves the drama, the heart watches ready to console. We work at awakening the heart, alone and with others. The mind like a tree full of monkeys. |

Any-time all-time meditation Being simply our default orientation Veering consciousnesses into stillness In quietude of alert agendalessness Wherein attention shifts from transience Resting in permanence of blissful silence Simply stated us being in our true home In resonance with the vibration ॐ *** |

Bubbles of mind body inhabiting earth Manifesting again and again in rebirth From life springs life yet life forgets Enmeshing itself in delusional regrets All the doing needed to be done is to be still Swathed in boundless bliss which overspills There is thus no need to seek any attainment We are already That in blissful contentment Flowing stillness with pure intent in resonation With the omnipresent beat of The ॐ vibration *** |
