Butterflies and headphones.
 

Had a dream that I was wearing headphones, but I heard nothing. Then I opened my mouth a butterfly came out.



I am terrible with my own symbolic dreams. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Gracey.... I really am no dream expert, but I can only associate the emergence of a butterfly from within one's self as an awakening/ re- birth.... I cannot think what else it could mean...

i never really thought about the lyrics of that song, so just searched for them.
While reading it made me think of another type of silence: more like secrets, things one rather never think or talk about ever again. Starting to talk in such a situation, will be healing (butterfly)...

Headphones without sound:

- You are listening, but there is nothing to hear.
- A personal message you expect to hear isn't being communicated.
- this is a small burden, but at least you are using your head here.

Butterfly:

- what came out of your mouth is not what you expected.
- you had the flutters
- you speak a thing of beauty, fragile and vulnerable, short lived.
