Drop that thought ego begot
Hermit, be thou thus self-taught |
trauma bonding with illusion ~
we’re accustomed to delusion |
Delight in life’s offered contrast ~
Be joyous for the die is cast |
When love sings a soft hymn to God ~
Bliss beats throb, for He too is awed |
Let our thoughts and deeds thrust upon earth’s crust ~
Offer embrace oozing compassion just |
Since man proposes and God disposes ~
Time’s now weary soul, to smell the roses |
When bliss be the sublime vivifier ~
It is assured that soul will fly higher |
This here and now moment being the all ~
Let’s invite within, a divine bliss squall |
Forged from earth, we yet look toward the sky ~
Cumulus clouds above seeing us sigh |
Desire arises of its own accord ~
It dwells within us till we cut the cord |
