I don't remember if it was here or elsewhere, but what you said about silence reminded me of something I read recently about he futility of trying to hear God's voice, because it is the silence. that really spoke to me hehe

What brings me joy: My girlfriend, her dog, Gaia, my connection with "spirit" inside and out, helping others and certain hobbies

I love hobbies too, and that name SeaZen.

well now I want to think about what hobbies I most want to do and what I could possibly make a living or at least a little extra money most easily doing.. though that should be a joyful topic it's bit intimidating right now lol so I'll just mention a few of the things I'd like to be doing more of that have potential
making jewelry, with more crystal beads
making origamobiles with aromatherapy and crystal beads

writing about
Earth healing, negative ions
Fruit magic
different healing techniques like EFT and various exercises
maybe Astrology


Now the reason I came in here lol, this new thing my baby daughter is doing just makes me laugh and brings me so much joy haha, it turns out she enjoys her feet being massaged or rubbed a lot more than I realized and it's extra contrasted because she is not super expressive or interactive about a lot of things.. but when she is on my lap and I start rubbing her feet and then move my hand up on her thighs or by her belly, she takes her little hand and gently pushes it down away back toward her feet and lifts one or both of them up to meet my hand haha it is just too cute omg :love5:

Joy is opening my eyes with thankfulness to what is before me right now.

For me right now, the rain is bringing me joy. It's cool and cozy and an excuse to light candles. It's been so long since we had a good rain and it's very needed, the earth has felt scorched. Now things are green and lush. I feel nicely secure and safe and it's making me smile like a weirdo.

I love painting. Painting is so therapeutic. I can't think of a more joyful kind of painting than picking up a brush and a simple set of watercolours (kids' watercolours) and any old paper that wasn't even made for watercolour and just having fun with joyful colours and not caring about selling anything or impressing anybody. No pressure. Just doing whatever I want. What freedom! Peaches are at their peak right now. This is a moment for peaches! And all the joy they bring :) May you find your joy now :hug:
