What are some Techniques for Gathering Energy
 

Chi, Prana, Mana, Orgone, and energy - given that all of these are basically the same rose by multiple names, does anyone have a more comprehensive list of techniques that are effective to gather energy into a single space for use for healing, manifestation, and for general energy work?

I started out with Daoist Yoga and than modulated it, changed it to suit my needs.

I call for energy of the appropriate type when I need it for a specific task. I have sought energy from physical objects too but calling for it from the Powers That Be is so much more powerful.

I agree, White Warrior. I practice Reiki. I call on Reiki to send me ultimate healing power from the universal Source. ( I specify ultimate, especially for long distance healing) It comes instantly. The same holds true for a white light shower of protection. It comes instantly, too. I sometimes ask in my intention for it to be combined with crystal energy to enhance healing. I imagine there are many ways to get it into your hands, but that is what I use. The main thing is to not use your own energy for healing.

The Well of Blue Energy
 

I use a source of energy that sits about 2 feet above my head, it's a blue energy and I use it to run through my centre channel for healing. I call it a well of energy although it sits above me and wells are below..but the name works for me! I feel the blue energy come from an external chakra that sits above me, it's a beautiful energy and always helps me :smile:

energy is energy is energy and its everywhere and OF everything. when you get more acquainted with energy and how energy works, you will know how to work with energy. its more of a personal journey as I have seen it. you have to learn how to work with it because you have your own kind of energy and way of understanding energy. everyone is different and therefore knows energy in their own intimate way. for example, water elements interact with energy different than fire elements.

I truly am trying to move away from the term ‘mana’ because of its depiction in non vegetarian universes as a substance used in gaming. However I use an equivalent vegetarian version of the Liquified Psychic Light Projection in blue or purple from the HOD Chakra using Amethyst crystal equipment. With enough hydration I can run the light continuously for a couple hours at a time outdoors walking/running essentially anywhere. I use double Amethyst spheres and start from the palms, it’s very easy to use now after a couple years of energy body training. It highly influences the natural physics & surrounding environments. It all becomes clear when you acquire your first crown.
