My humble advice, don't bother too much with the noise, see from where the noise comes from. What is beyond this noise?

Noise: thoughts, patterns of thinking, the way you act and react to life events, things that happen in the outside world etc.

Have you ever asked yourself from does your "I" comes from? You think you are this "I" but you never question its trueness, from where does it come from, is it real or is it just an appearance?
