Distance Healing.....
 

I am curious about those that do distance healing. Do you use a "prop" of some sort at all? I.E a doll, mannequin, stuffed animal, online picture of the person or animal when you do your healings to help focus in, or do you use nothing but yourself?

I think it's probably different for everyone. Someone who's more clairvoyant would probably imagine the person's face. For me, I just think of the person's name (or if I don't know their name, I think of them in relation to the person asking for the healing for them, i.e. Cindy's mother's boyfriend).

for me its always been decided by the environment. I have used a teddy before and found myself drawn to the areas in need of healing. I have also just visualised healing being sent and was also directed to the correct area.

Im reiki master for a long time and here is my perspective about it.
at first when you start practicing and do distance healing you need things to help you keep focus and connecting to what you are doing. like a picture or teddy anything that keep you focus and connected to what you are doing later on all you need is yourself to do it nothing else is needed even crystal and the healing is getting stronger with time and practice and doesn't depend on anything on but yourself and your connection.

To be honest I have never used a teddy whilst sending healing before. I tend to either Imagine the person in front of me whilst directing the healing energy to them or a particular area of the body, or I will write the person's name, location
on a piece of paper and place it between my palms whilst the reiki flows.
